Fisheries- A water miller who has a local right over the available water is also entitled to construct fishery pond there. Earlier trials in associating fisheries with Gharat, which were initiated by GRASS, have proved successful. These have significantly enhanced the net earnings of the Gharat owner, besides introducing high protein food in the area.

GRASS encourage the people for Preservation of water and Fisheries for self employment. GRASS promote the Fisheries and provide the help for unemployed people to create fishing ponds and establish their Fishing business.
